Market survey, development & analysis

  • Market research, data collection and market info integration. Market demand, customer organization, product positioning, analysis customer requirements and competitor info                                                                            
  • Data collection and data analysis of product dynamics, procedure for business plan, understand market trends, collection market & customer detail information and research compilation.   
  • Lead the sales team in target market, market develop and maintain service existing customers.                                                        
  • Familiar target area strategizes and market info.
  • Prepare market analysis report, prepare monthly report and annual summary sales report.

Sales target breakdown

  • Formulate annual Sales forecast plan and sales strategies plan, implementation after approved.
  • Analysis annual plan and monthly sales target plan, set a time frame keep track and review.
  • Tracking and monitor sales result, guide and follow with the sales team

Sales Budget & Expense Management

  • Prepare sales forecast and organization of implementation plan.
  • Budget categories expense control

Contract Management

  • For contract implementation follow up, monitor, evaluation and check.
  • For variety sales contract and purchase order to classification and manage filling record.

Price Management

  • Handle to formulate market price strategies, price system and price level by location, release after approved.
  • For particular or special cases (customer, order or price) to reporting and get approval.

Payment Management

  • Responsible deal with customer for payment term and payment collection related job.
  • To control which exceptional payment

Sales Team Management

  • To understand and guide the sales team dynamic and daily job loop.
  • Attention of sales team dynamic and ideological, aggressive to drive sales member and job assign. Plan training to the team and guiding daily job scope.
  • Monitoring sales member visit customer schedule, order delivery status and payment collection result.
  • Developing goal setting and performance review.
  • Responsible to construct of sales team, training, ability and assessment.
  • Handle or supervision own staff daily job function

Internal Management

  • Master sales daily log, purchase order, delivery, payment collection and inventory stock level.
  • Prepare, review, update customer database / profile. Manage and organize customer credit term approval.
  • Monitor own department delivery arrangement process flow.
  • Setup department meeting, reporting system, to maintain internal or external good communication (no conversation gap).
  • Collaboration with between departments.   
  • Responsible own department documentation to ensure proper control and record.
  • Expand own department "6S" activity, maintain working area clean and clear.


  • Degree / Diploma studies in any relevant field.
  • No less than 6 years’ solid working experiences in Sales & Marketing field.
  • At least 8-10 years of managerial experience 至少8-10年以上管理经验
  • Great relationship management, Strong negotiation skills, Impeccable time-management, Strategic thinking and positive mind set.
  • Mandarin speaking candidates will be added as an advantages.
  • Preferably candidates who are from Papermaking industry background.
