JOB DESCRIPTION
- Liaise with Manufacturing team to gather change requirements for the corresponding systems
- Analyse, design and create functional requirement document for the change request
- Develop program codes to fulfil the change requests.
- Involve in Software Development Life Cycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from the corresponding system and the interfaces to other systems
- Implement high availability configuration for application, where required.
- To provide technical support, deployment and maintenance.
- Provide relevant system and user documentation
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Conducting daily backup operations.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Any other IT relevant work assignment by reporting manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Skilled in analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging application functionalities and system development.
- Good understanding in real-time ERP, MES, WMS & OA system architecture/ design.
- Strong ability to work with team or independently under tight deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Basic hardware skills are required.
